1. Infrastructure Security

Fyntra's infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. We employ multi-region redundancy, automated failover, and continuous monitoring to ensure maximum uptime and data availability.

2. Data Encryption

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3. Encryption keys are managed through dedicated hardware security modules (HSMs) with automatic rotation policies.

3. Access Controls

We implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and the principle of least privilege across all systems. Multi-factor authentication is required for all team members. Access logs are maintained and regularly audited.

4. Compliance

Fyntra maintains compliance with GDPR, SOC 2 Type II, and industry-specific financial regulations. We conduct regular third-party penetration tests and security audits to validate our security posture.

5. Incident Response

Our dedicated security team maintains a comprehensive incident response plan with defined escalation procedures. We commit to notifying affected customers within 24 hours of confirming a security incident.

6. Responsible Disclosure

We welcome responsible security research. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to security@fyntra.com. We commit to acknowledging reports within 48 hours and working with researchers to resolve issues promptly.
